Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

We want you to love your Black Widow pieces. While we carefully curate our collection to ensure quality, we understand sometimes things don't work out exactly as planned. Here's what you need to know about our exchange policy:

Return Window

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt
  • Returns received after this period cannot be accepted for any reason

Exchange Terms

  • Approved returns are eligible for store credit only
  • We do not offer cash refunds
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if wrong size/item was ordered

Condition Requirements

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Include all original contents and tags

Processing Timeline

  • Store credit will be issued within 7 business days of receiving your return

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories
